Latest Haul :D
These are my latest haul for the month of May. :) Notice that it’s all eye makeup? Yeah ‘coz I really don’t have much eye makeup for myself. Before, my addiction were lipsticks and I just realize that I need to have my own makeup set for the eyes because of a very important event… my GRADUATION yeah! :)
I just bought cheap, over the counter products because I adore them. They’re really good and not hard to find. So this post is a sorta little review of my awesome finds :)
Products bought:
Nichido Eye Shadow set with free Liquid Eye Liner - bought this for only 100 pesos. I always see this in Nichido’s makeup rack when I go to the Cosmetics section but only now that I acquire the courage to buy it. Haha. I was skeptical before because it’s soooo cheap that the quality of the product is not good. Well, turns out that i’m wrong ‘coz the colors are good. It’s matted by the way. I’m looking for shimmering eye shadow though and it’s staying power is a so-so. But I did not regret buying this! Still great.
Allue Eye Shadow Glitter in Tiana - the price is just 52 pesos from HBC. Very affordable but produce a gorgeous result. The glitter has this beautiful goldish color that really shimmers. I felt like I’m cleopatra when I wore this. Haha. What I just don’t like is the packaging. It’s a roll on tube and it tends to be messy when not careful in the application. Another thing is that when I took pictures of myself, I noticed that in some pictures the glitter is so obvious it’s like there’s tiny yellow dirt in my eyes maybe because of the flash? I don’t know but it sucks. For it’s price. It’s pretty really. But I think I’ll buy another gold shimmering eye shadow.
Nichido Girls Night Out Eyeliner Pencil in Bronze and White - the price is 80 pesos each. So good! It actually glides easily on the lids and the staying power is good too.
Bronze actually adds glows to my eyes and I like that it’s subtle. The bronze eyeliner compliments the earth toned and gold eye shadows.
White eyeliner from Nichido is gonna be my favorite eyeliner for regular use. It really makes my eyes looks fresh. Haha makes me look younger. :)
Ever Bilena Ever Original Eyeliner Pencil in Light Brown - well actually I didn’t bought this for really using it as an eyeliner pencil but an eyebrow pencil instead. I Well, it’s good for the price of 68 pesos but I think the pencil is kinda short.
DOING OWN MAKE UP LEVEL : NOVICE! :)))) I didn’t have an eyelash curler and mascara in that picture ‘coz I forgot to buy. :/
Haha I’m so inspired my Michelle Phan’s video of “Graduation MakeUp Tutorial” that I have this idea of doing my own make up for my graduation day! You think that will pass? I guess I need more practice. O.O

I’m experiencing this nostalgic feeling right now because my graduation day will arrive soon. I’m happy and sad that I finally finished my studies. I’m excited yet nervous of whatever life will bring me after graduation. But, what’s constant is the gratitude I will forever give to Adamson. I’ll commit myself to give excellence in everything I’ll do in honor of my alma mater. (Weh? HAHA.) Thank you so much Adamson :)
ANO BA ANG TARGET KO? :/
My friend and I chatted just a while ago on Facebook. We were having a conversation on where to apply for a job. Then he asked me, “Ano ba ang target ko?” he means, what kind of job do I want to apply for. That question, makes me think really hard and I’m not really sure of the answer. :|
Decision making is gettin’ more difficult now that the my future after college is fast approaching.
I’ll try to reflect on myself more to get an answer on that question.
